News Cricket Team A

Next youth cricket practice: 26.05.11 at 17:30 to 19:00hrs.

After some silly mistakes  while batting, we were stuck with a total of only 120 runs after 31 overs all out. Not a very good performance. But we are the FSV cricketers and we don't give up. SSC lost a wicket in the 2nd over too. Our problem was we gave away much to many extras. Actually to be exact, 33 in total. In the later part of our bowling inning, we had wickets falling. If we hadn't given away so many extras, the 120 runs might have been enought. I must say that the spirit during the whole game was excellent. We know where we went wrong and can work on that. The spinners are very important for thr further games. and the good thing is, we all had a good time.
 

Its a perfect day for cricket. See the boys at 11am and the seniors at 1pm!

Next practice: 15.05.11 start 13:00hrs at FSV grounds.

After this session, I will sellect the team for the match on the 22nd.
